Set in 2 acres of glorious woodland gardens just a mile and a half from the pretty town of Builth Wells in the heart of Wales, Tyn-Y-Graig offers its residents a very friendly and relaxing residential care home.
We pride ourselves in offering a personal and professional service for the care and well being of each of our residents, whether they are with as over short or long term stays. We also adopt this approach to our residents who are with us during periods of convalesence, respite or holiday stays.
As well as residential care, we provide day care for those looking after their elderly relatives. So if you need to do something important, or simply need to take time out to do something a little more routine, like a trip to the shops, then you can leave your relative safe in the knowledge that they are in good and caring hands.
Pets are welcomed at the home
The care home has been operating for around 20 years, with the present owners - Chris & John Farrar having taken over in March 2008. Chris & John have the ambition of not only maintaining the traditions of Tyne-Y-Graig but also to make it one of the best Care Home for the Elderly in the country.
