Our staff will always maintain the dignity and privacy of our residents within a caring atmosphere. We will always be alert to any changes in their needs, whether these are medical, spiritual or social.
Our residents are actively encouraged to participate in the development of their personalised care plans. This may also involve family and friends, something we believe adds value to our resident, the family members and friends.
We provide activities designed to encourage mental alertness, promote self esteem and social interaction with other residents.
